About Me

I believe we all have both struggles and the remedies within us to heal. Life can feel overwhelming—like a tangled mess of emotions, past experiences, and responsibilities pulling you in different directions. You may feel stuck, searching for relief but unsure where to begin. I offer a space where you can collect the scattered parts, untangle what feels overwhelming, and create inner peace. Through a compassionate and intentional approach, I help high-achieving professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating trauma turn confusion into understanding, distress into relief, and uncertainty into a path forward. If you’re already working with a therapist but feel stuck on a specific issue, EMDR could help you move forward. I offer EMDR Intensives and adjunct EMDR sessions designed for situations like this. For busy professionals with challenging or non-traditional schedules, EMDR provides a focused and effective way if regular weekly sessions aren’t possible. I am certified in Brainspotting and EMDR. I work collaboratively with you, emphasizing your strengths and unique abilities, so you can heal in a way that feels right for you. I believe there’s always a reason for how we feel, and together, we can work through the hurts that have been hard to resolve on your own.
