Education & Experience

I graduated from University of San Francisco with my Masters in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. I have clinical experience in a variety of settings - private practice, non-profit organizations, and private and public school. I incorporate my background as a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and yoga instructor into my therapeutic work when appropriate.
