Lili Allen, LPC
(she/her)
About Me
Lili's primary goal is to hold space for you to heal, grieve and grow at your own pace. Lili prioritizes fostering a refuge of emotional safety, both in the therapy room and virtually, where you can get to know, understand and appreciate the younger parts of yourself that have helped you survive up to this very moment. Her hope is to guide you in clearing out the pain of past experiences in order to make room for joy, love and self-acceptance. Lili's approach to therapy is inclusive, intersectional and LGBTQIA+ affirming. Lili specializes in helping clients heal from trauma + difficult life experiences related to attachment, childhood wounds, body image and more. She mostly uses EMDR, ego states/parts work, mindfulness and somatic techniques, all of which provide a safe foundation for our magnificent brains to imagine, reprocess emotion and befriend our bodies. As a person who lives in a larger body, Lili is passionate about working with clients who struggle to accept themselves in a world that values thinness and staying small. She believes that all bodies are worthy of love, respect and celebration. You deserve to take up space, and Lili would be honored to gently guide you on your journey toward body liberation.
