About Me
Do you find yourself wondering, “Am I doing this right?” about your own life? Questioning if you’re on the right path, how to feel less alone, or why you tend to be a people pleaser? I help people who find themselves numbing out and feeling misunderstood by people in their lives. People who might be overachievers, but are internally struggling with low self-esteem and anxiety. When working with me, you can expect to feel safe, empowered, and a desire to get to know yourself better. I’ll make sure we work on goals that feel important to you, while having some fun along the way! I use EMDR, mindfulness, self-compassion, and CBT approaches to help you feel more comfortable in your skin. Through our work together, you can live life more authentically, feel engaged in the present moment, and befriend yourself. Please ask me about a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you!
