Hi, I’m Linda Aguero, LPC, founder of Linn Zen Therapy. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and EMDR, helping clients process distressing experiences, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs — I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relational challenges, grief, anxiety, and past trauma, guiding them to reconnect with their inner strength and develop practical coping strategies. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout your healing journey. When I’m not in session, I enjoy exploring mindfulness practices, creative projects, and time in nature — things that help me bring grounded energy into my work. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and grow at their own pace.
