About Me

I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist with 10 years of experience. I grew up in a Mexican Catholic family in the Eastern Coachella Valley and I am deeply committed to improving access and providing quality mental health services in the place I call home.

Education & Experience

I work with Spanish-speaking and Spanglish-speaking women of color, the working-class, and college students. My work focuses on addressing my clients’ lived experiences and collaboratively finding ways to create positive and transformational change in their lives. I use Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help reactivate the brain’s natural healing processes and help clients move forward in their healing journeys. With genuine empathy and a client-centered approach, I believe in creating a healing space to support your growth and help you achieve meaningful, lasting change. Allow me to be part of your healing journey.
