About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, honored to be working directly with clients as a therapist since 2011. Anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational issues, as well as self-esteem building and navigating life transitions are my main areas of expertise, so if you have been struggling with any of these issues and are looking for a path out of the pain and into a place of joy, peace, and fulfillment, I would love to chat with you and see how I can help you in obtaining the life you want for yourself.
Education & Experience
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from The University of Florida and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have had the opportunity to work with many different individuals, couples, and families who have struggled through a wide array of challenges during my years as a therapist. For over seven years, I worked in treatment centers for individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues, many who felt they were starting a whole new life from the ground up. I found my work with these individuals to be extremely rewarding as I could help them find their own way out of the chaos and into the life they want to live.
