About Me
I began my EMDR Basic Training in 2007 and have remained deeply engaged in advancing my skills and knowledge ever since. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and a Facilitator for the EMDR Institute and HAP. My clinical work integrates EMDR with a variety of modalities tailored to individual needs, including sandtray therapy, creative arts, hypnosis, mindfulness, and even video games. I work with clients across the lifespan and am passionate about making EMDR accessible, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. In addition to my clinical work, I am actively involved in supporting the EMDR community. I was a Coordinator and EMDRIA Approved Consultant for the Westchester County TRN and served briefly on the Council of Scholars.
