About Me
I specialize in helping millennial women move beyond anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing so they can live with clarity, confidence, and freedom. I consider myself a down-to-earth, deeply human therapist. That means I show up as my real self in every session (boundaried, of course) with warmth, honesty, and real connection (because trust and connection matter…a lot). Healing starts when you feel safe enough to show up as your real self beneath the buttoned-up exterior and all the “shoulds.” I’ll walk alongside you, celebrating your wins, sit with you in the muck, and and gently challenge you when you get caught up in the BS. I’m here to help you finally put yourself first and to slow down enough to hear what you actually need. My goal is to help you truly understand yourself, develop deep self-trust, feel grounded in your choices, and finally able to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build. I believe deeply in the power of therapy because I’ve seen it work, both personally and professionally. I care deeply about every client I work with, and I’ll be just as invested in you.
