About Me

Accepting new clients! Private pay. Superbills provided upon request. I've experienced the looping cycle of love vs chaos in narcissistic-codependent relationships. I understand the traumatic effects of divorce, single/co-parenting, poverty, hitting bottom, starting over. I know the shame, the hurt of emotional manipulation by a religious group. I've lived on "both sides of ministry leadership". I understand the struggles of growing up with emotionally unhealthy parents; where maybe we were not heard or misunderstood. I will hear you; not just from my "intellect" but from lived experience of life. Trauma can be a one-time event or multi events caused by psychological, emotional, physical or religious/spiritual abuse or negligence, often by people we trust most. As a Certified EMDR Therapist I view life through a trauma lens and the family system. I offer a safe space of kind confrontation. Learn more of me from my website, new blogs! As your therapist, I will be present at your point of need. Maybe it is anxiety, trauma, narcissism, codependency, aging, "religion-shaming", powerlessness, emotionally unavailable or toxic parents (-ing), LGBTQIA+ issues. Or maybe you just need someone to see you, hear you. I will guide, or confront as needed, but most of all, I will listen with compassion.
