About Me

My great passion is bringing healing to people experiencing trauma and life stressors. I help my clients, who include adults, couples, and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can transition to a healthier, happier lifestyle. Sessions involve tailoring an effective, solution-oriented approach to help you identify and achieve your goals through developing new skills and a deeper understanding of the patterns affecting your life. My clients appreciate my warmth, connection, and humor. I’m known for my ability to get at the core of people’s issues and help them in working to create life balance through effective solutions.
