About Me
With more than twenty years of experience as a clinician and coach, I support individuals in creating meaningful change and healing. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University and have advanced training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and psychodynamic approaches. My work integrates a broad range of therapeutic and coaching modalities to help clients achieve growth, transformation, and greater alignment with their authentic selves. I work primarily with professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating the intersection of personal well-being and professional life. Many of my clients seek to heal from trauma, enhance emotional intelligence, and develop deeper self-awareness and resilience. By integrating EMDR with principles of coaching and leadership development, I help clients process the past while cultivating the internal capacities needed to thrive in the present and future. My approach emphasizes insight, embodiment, and connection. Through exploring and reframing life experiences, we work together to reduce the emotional and physical impact of distressing events. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership—one that begins wherever the client is and evolves naturally through curiosity, compassion, and self-discovery. In a safe, supportive, and empowering space, I aim to help individuals reconnect with their agency, authenticity, and vitality. My hope is to offer a process of healing that integrates mind, body, and self—fostering both recovery and growth.
