About Me
In therapy, I focus on creating a supportive and trauma informed environment where clients can feel safe and heard. My approach is rooted in building trusting relationships with clients and providing psychoeducation around PTSD, Substance Use Disorder and other diagnoses. It is my mission to provide clients with a nonjudgmental and stigma free environment where self respect and empowerment is promoted. I believe in principles of harm reduction and strongly promote multiple paths to recovery from Substance Use Disorder.. I'm passionate about providing professional and compassionate care for all of my clients.
