About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in both North Carolina (14310) and Florida (MH20959). I am currently based in Jacksonville, Florida and offering both in person and telehealth appointments in Florida and telehealth only appointments in North Carolina. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I am passionate about supporting folks in their healing journeys. I believe the client/counselor relationship is the key to the healing process. While I have specific theories and techniques I use in session, the therapeutic relationship is the most important piece, research shows better outcomes for folks when they have a trusting relationship with their therapist.
