About Me

I am an EMDRIA-Certified Therapist/Consultant and EMDR Basic Trainer with EMDR Professional Training, and specialist in Psychotraumatology in addition to CSAT-S, CPTT-S, and CCBRT. My clinical work and teaching are grounded in the neurobiology of trauma across the lifespan—from early attachment to the meaning we make of life’s experiences and turning points. I offer 3-Day EMDR Intensives for adults navigating complex trauma, betrayal trauma, and compulsive sexual behaviors. These intensives are adjunct to ongoing therapy and designed to reduce symptoms, urges, and reactivity while building regulation, capacity, and lasting traction for continued healing with your primary therapist. My approach integrates EMDR Therapy, attachment theory, and affective neuroscience to address how trauma shapes the mind, body, and relationships. I help clients move beyond coping into authentic change—restoring stability, clarity, and connection. In addition to my clinical work, I provide professional training for clinicians in the Formal Disclosure Intensive Outpatient Program (The Integrity Pathway™), and advanced EMDR specialty workshops focused on integrating EMDR with couples therapy, ego state work, and dissociation.
