About Me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. Since 2011, I have had the privilege of providing therapy in a variety of settings, allowing me to develop a skill set tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I utilize strength-based and client-centered approaches, offering a safe, empathetic space for clients of various background to heal. I am a trauma-focused therapist. I use Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which helps people process and heal through traumatic experiences by using guided eye movements. I focus on the unique challenges of depression, anxiety and trauma.
