About Me

I currently have afternoon and evening openings for new clients located in Georgia, South Carolina, and Colorado. If it feels right, I invite you to reach out to schedule a complimentary, no-pressure consultation call or book your first session. I offer genuine, holistic therapy for deep thinkers and feelers who are tired of holding it all together. Here, masking softens into safe connection, and self-trust becomes home. I am passionate about helping clients deepen self-acceptance and move toward lives that feel more aligned, confident, and peaceful. Together, we will move beyond long-standing patterns like people-pleasing, self-doubt, overthinking, and emotional numbing that once helped you survive chronic stress, relational harm, or trauma. I would be honored to accompany you in gently exploring the roots of these patterns, creating space for something new to emerge. My work is grounded in understanding and addressing the root causes of suffering rather than simply managing symptoms. I work most often with complex trauma and recent traumatic events, self-criticism and shame, chronic emotional dysregulation, fear and anxiety, and relationship challenges. I support clients in reprocessing painful experiences, loosening limiting beliefs, and restoring connection to the body and the present moment. I frequently use EMDR therapy as part of a broader, personalized approach, and I have witnessed the profound ways it can help clients process difficult experiences and find true relief. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based, internationally recognized therapy that was first developed to treat PTSD and has decades of research supporting its effectiveness. EMDR goes beyond trauma- it helps your mind and body feel safe and grounded again. Whether your challenges come from a single event or years of ongoing stress, anxiety, or emotional strain, EMDR provides a tailored approach to support healing across a variety of experiences. To create a therapy experience that feels holistic and individualized, I also integrate complementary approaches such as somatic or body-based healing, mindfulness practices, and attachment-informed work. I pace the work with close attention to each client’s nervous system capacity so it remains tolerable, effective, and empowering. This integrated approach supports nervous system regulation, embodied healing, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. A key part of my practice is a commitment to decolonized and culturally attuned care. I center your autonomy, offering a space that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and deeply respectful of your unique identity and life experiences. I also openly acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression on mental health and bring that understanding into our work together. I am especially drawn to working with neurodivergent individuals, including those who identify as Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or highly sensitive. I offer affirming, sensory-aware therapy that honors the natural wiring of your brain and is attuned to how you uniquely experience the world. Sessions are relaxed and candid, held with humor, kindness, and calm. My goal is to create a safe, grounded space where you can see yourself, listen to yourself, and uncover the answers that have been within you all along. Outside of therapy, I find joy in cozy cooking, time with my pets, watching favorite shows, and slow moments with my husband and loved ones. Having grown up in the Middle East and through my experience as a military spouse, I bring lived insight into expat life and transitions, which informs my work with clients navigating periods of change.
