About Me

I want you to connect. Connect to yourself and feel in tune with managing your unique and personal challenges and connect to others through healthy, happy relationships. I specialize in working with young adults and women who struggle with past or recent trauma and current anxiety and depression that impacts their day to day life both personally and interpersonally. I want to assist you in recognizing more power in yourself and how you engage in your most valuable relationships, and I want to support you in feeling more equipped to work toward the goals you have for yourself professionally and personally.

Education & Experience

I received a Masters degree in 2015 through Clemson University in Licensed Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in community mental health, residential treatment, and outpatient counseling. I have been providing outpatient counseling in the private practice setting since 2021. I enjoy supporting clients who are seeking to move forward from trauma and feel that they can live in the present without being burdened by the past.
