About Me
I specialize in working with individuals and couples, who are seeking support with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, navigating parent-child relationships, and perinatal mental health. I work best with those who are committed to a process of turning inward - those who want to interrogate their familial systems and dynamics, unlearn harmful patterns of relating, and work with trans-generational patterns of trauma and healing. I am invested in centering your lived experience and how it impacts the way you move through the world as well as how you relate to yourself and others.
Education & Experience
I am trained in EMDR, a well-established trauma therapy modality. I have also received specialized training in reproductive mental health, TIST (trauma informed stabilization treatment), AEDP (accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy), and somatic attachment therapy. I have a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to my social work training, I obtained a degree in special education (EdM) and neuroscience (MS) from Boston University. Aside from my work as a therapist, I am trained as a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator, and as such, I aim to provide accessible, holistic, community-based care for all birthing people and their families, including trans/non-binary people.
