About Me
I entered the field of psychology with the belief that people can change. My goal is to help clients find the motivation and skills they need to make the positive changes they want to see in their lives. Change can be difficult but when you are willing to put in the work it can open endless possibilities.
Education & Experience
My experience includes working in a variety of treatment settings including a domestic violence shelter, high- school counseling center, community college counseling center, LGBT youth center, homeless adolescent wellness center, substance abuse rehabilitation center, full-service partnership program for older adults, and multiple crisis residential facilities. In these settings I have treated individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, life stressors, interpersonal difficulties, and much more.
