Education & Experience

I have been a Social Worker since 2000. I worked in child protective services for five years in Arkansas and Texas. I was as a school-based mental health case manager while earning my Master's Degree in Social Work. I was as a School Based Therapist for ten years. I have been working in adult outpatient therapy services for the past three and one-half years. I worked as a domestic violence advocate at the Women's Crisis Center for thirteen years and left that to work on a crisis team conducting mental health crisis screenings on an on-call basis.
