About Me
Marchele McCarthy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in human services and 14 years in private practice. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and specializes in evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. As a Certified EMDR therapist and Level 1 IFS-trained clinician, Marchele helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss, sleep issues, stress, and career concerns. She provides compassionate, practical tools that empower clients to develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges and create lasting change. She has been an active member of the Steamboat Springs community for over 20 years. Her interests include yoga, travel, the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from University of Northern Colorado. Undergraduate degree from Regis University. She has be in the human services field for over 20 years and in private practice for over 14 years.
