I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant providing evidence based care for clients experiencing unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and maladaptive patterns. My approach emphasizes safety, attunement, and structured processing to support adaptive healing. I help clients distinguish between authentic intuition and trauma-driven responses, empowering them to reconnect with their inner strength and clarity.

I specialize in EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives for individuals seeking meaningful change without waiting months for relief. Having facilitated countless EMDR sessions, I focus on accelerated healing through Intensives, as well as adjunct EMDR for clients who maintain a primary talk therapist. Through thoughtful assessment and collaborative treatment planning, I support clients in reducing symptoms, strengthening internal resources, and restoring emotional balance.
