I strive to meet my clients right where they are at as we both navigate the arduous task of working through the different layers of trauma and emotional baggage that accompanies them. There's no perfect solution to ensure that every client will experience the same level of relief or success in therapy. What I can guarantee, is that every client will feel a sense of connectivity, safety, respect, empathy, patience, and understanding with me. I believe that these qualities can help clients navigate through their brokenness and fears. I offer evidence-based therapy for clients. I offer the ability to differentiate between the sound of your intuition guiding you and your traumas misleading you. My passion is utilizing the powerful benefits of EMDR Intensives with clients who are ready to live without disturbing clinical symptoms. You don't have to do this part alone, and you don't have to wait weeks or months for relief. I've done over countless numbers of EMDR sessions, and now support those interested in accelerated progress with EMDR Intensives and/or adjunct EMDR with a primary talk therapist. Oftentimes symptoms of depression, anxiety, and past hurts are just some of the past wounds that were never processed.
