About Me
~I am likely to be a good fit for you if you are someone who likes a balance of nurturing compassion and direct communication, working through the reality of systemic and individual obstacles in your life. ~I draw from my lived and professional experience to help others connect with their own intuition toward healing. ~I am ADHD-informed and affirming. ~I am here as a resource to you as you integrate and find new understanding from and through difficult experiences and emotions. ~I am proudly LGBTQIA+ allied and BIPOC-allied. ~I am ready to act as your anchor as you delve in deep; I am also here to celebrate with you as you welcome greater joy into your life. ~I was born and raised in Portland,OR and spent the first decade of my adult life adventuring in Colorado and on international travel. ~I like to ride my bike, hike, and paddle on the Willamette River to recharge.
