About Me
I specialize in working with young to mid-life adults whose early experiences continue to shape their present-day emotional lives and relationships. My practice has a strong focus on adult adoptees, individuals raised alongside adopted siblings, and those navigating the impact of early childhood trauma, attachment disruptions, or complex family-of-origin dynamics. Using an attachment-informed, depth-oriented approach, I integrate EMDR Therapy to help clients process early wounding that shows up as chronic self-doubt, perfectionism, a sense of not being “enough,” or difficulties trusting closeness in adult relationships. My work supports clients in expanding emotional intelligence, building resilience, and developing a more grounded and compassionate relationship with themselves. Clients who work with me are often seeking a relationally attuned space where they can explore their histories at depth, understand how old patterns were formed, and safely reprocess the memories and beliefs that continue to shape their present. I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment that is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.
