About Me
I specialize in trauma and addictions, and early in my career I completed a 2-year training and certification in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). NARM is a clinical approach that combines a focus on the nervous system with an exploration and curiosity regarding clients’ thoughts and emotions. NARM and EMDR are highly effective when they are combined to treat trauma. I'm a certified group psychotherapist (CGP) and many of my clients find group to be a meaningful part of our work together.
