About Me
Dr. Maria Niitepold, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist who provides trauma-informed therapy with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and somatic healing. She is trained in Brainspotting and EMDR and works with adults experiencing trauma, chronic stress, emotional neglect, anxiety, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Dr. Niitepold takes a thoughtful, paced approach to treatment, emphasizing safety, attunement, and respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.
