About Me
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of NC. Although I adjust my treatment plans according to my client's individual needs I primarily focus on reprocessing traumatic memories with EMDR therapy. I also frequently include aspects of mindfulness, client centered therapy and CBT in my work with clients.
Education & Experience
I received my MS in community counseling from University of South Alabama in 1993. I supplemented my educational experience by taking another 9 master level courses with Liberty University, Walden University and Lenoir Rhyne University. I have been working with Holland and Associates Counseling for about five years. Over the years I have worked with a variety of different populations, individuals struggling with mental health difficulties including PTSD, anxiety, depression.
