About Me
I find EMDR incredibly useful in helping clients heal their trauma. My goal is to help people find peace with their past, happiness in their present, and hope for their future. I strive to encourage and empower my clients to improve and enhance how they love, work, and play. I hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with whom I work and, in turn, learn from them.
I partner with my clients to identify goals that will lead to healthier, happier, and more productive lives; then, work to provide compassionate and empathetic support to help achieve them. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and have an extensive knowledge of crisis intervention and resources in Orange County.
Education & Experience
I previously worked as a Behavioral Health Clinician with the Orange County Crisis Assessment Team, collaborating alongside first responders and law enforcement during psychiatric emergencies and observed responses across a wide range of crisis situations. This role gave me a deep appreciation for the cumulative pressures, operational stressors, and emotional demands faced by both field personnel and support staff. I now integrate this frontline experience with EMDR therapy to support first responders and helping professionals in processing trauma, regulating nervous system overload, and building resilience while maintaining both professional effectiveness and personal well-being.
