About Me

I find EMDR incredibly useful in helping clients heal their trauma. My goal is to help people find peace with their past, happiness in their present, and hope for their future. I strive to encourage and empower my clients to improve and enhance how they love, work, and play. I hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with whom I work and, in turn, learn from them. I partner with my clients to identify goals that will lead to healthier, happier, and more productive lives; then, work to provide compassionate and empathetic support to help achieve them. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and have an extensive knowledge of crisis intervention and resources in Orange County.
