I have been working within the mental health community since 2015. In 2015, I started within the juvenile delinquent system and was involved with the treatment of offenders and victims of violence. I have training as a Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Trainer trained by Girls Educational & Mentoring Services (GEMS) in New York and by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Since that time, I have now pivoted to working and focusing on other areas in the mental health world. As a clinical mental health therapist, I work with people facing unique life challenges. Whether you're struggling with the complexities of motherhood, life transitions, navigating the aftermath of trauma, or seeking support for your mental health, I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process your emotions and work towards healing. Traumatic Events: Supporting individuals in their journey to overcome the impacts of sexual trauma and abuse. Grief and Loss: Assisting in coping with the profound loss of a loved one, infertility struggles, and various forms of grief. Perinatal Mental Health: Providing support for individuals struggling with pregnancy, postpartum depression, and anxiety, as well as perinatal loss. Religious Trauma: Helping individuals heal from trauma associated with religious beliefs or practices.
