Education & Experience

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2021 and have been working in the mental health field for over five years. My experience includes providing court-mandated substance abuse treatment in a halfway house setting and working at Authentic Life Christian Counseling, a faith-based outpatient clinic. There, I worked with a wide range of issues including trauma, relationship challenges, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychosis, personality disorders, depression, and phobias. While I’ve supported clients from all walks of life, I’m especially passionate about working with high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders who feel stuck despite their success. I specialize in EMDR, a powerful therapy that helps reduce the intensity of negative emotions and reprocess painful memories. I also offer EMDR therapy intensives—focused, accelerated sessions designed for those who want deep transformation without months of weekly therapy. My approach is structured, compassionate, and faith-integrated for those who want real results and lasting freedom.
