About Me

A native of Southeast Texas, Mark has been practicing counseling/psychotherapy since 1998, facilitating individual, group, family, and couple therapeutic interactions. He is easy to talk to and has worked extensively with military service members and their families, both domestically and abroad. Mark is noted for public presentations on healthy marital/work communication, anger management, parenting through divorce, divorce recovery, developing healthy relationships, alcohol/drug abuse, and workplace stress. In our age of technology, Mark offers strategies for developing balanced and healthy attitudes toward social media, gaming, and internet use. Mark is certified and trained in dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and specialized in anger management therapeutic interventions that are tailored to each individual's or couples' needs.
