About Me
During these trying times we can benefit from a caring, warm, supportive, and knowledgeable person to help with life's challenges such as anxiety about current events, loss/grief, transitions, relationship difficulties, decision making, lack of motivation, identity issues including race, gender, and sexual orientation, and stress that can result in negative feelings including depression. I understand the complex and variable ways in which our current challenges can affect people. We will work together to navigate these experiences so that you are better able to cope today, and thrive tomorrow. Using EMDR, interpersonal and relational therapy, we will focus on your strengths and the expertise you have about your life to explore options that suit you best now, and what you hope for in the future.
