I have been practicing for over 10 years in the mental health field. I've worked in community clinics as well as private practice. You will find me to be open, authentic, "real," and compassionate. I use somatic/mindfulness approaches and feel my style is very engaged and attuned. I run my own clinic, supervise therapy interns, and I enjoy training and educating therapists.
