About Me

Hello! I’m a second generation Salvadorian and I will be honored to work with you. I will collaborate with you to create an intentional time and space to learn more about the truth of who you are and have always been, the you that was curious and compassionate before the wounds, pain, and trauma you endured, created ways to adapt, survive, and protect you. I will help you nurture a relationship with your spirit, to become grounded, mindful, connected to your body, and begin guiding yourself toward the healing you envision. I will help you see through the eyes of your spirit with compassion, love, creativity, and clarity. I embrace a non-pathologizing, culturally affirming, and liberation-based psychology model of healing. I use an eclectic approach with a reliance on EMDR and the voice of wisdom from our ancestors. You will be liberated from the oppressive beliefs that you have come to feel about yourself and move toward the healing you envision. When this happens, you become a life-giving fountain that will continue to give for generations.
