Education & Experience

I hold a masters degree in Social Work from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, having completed my training and consultation with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and the Trauma Therapist Institute. I have received specialty training in Somatic/Polyvagal Theory-Informed EMDR, Ego States Integration that draws from Internal Family Systems, and Complex PTSD. I am also advanced trained in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
