About Me
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been through painful or confusing experiences. My goal is to offer a safe, grounded space where you can begin to understand yourself, heal from what’s happened, and move toward feeling more whole and connected. I’m an EMDR-certified therapist and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). In my work, I integrate the two approaches through IFS-informed EMDR, helping clients heal trauma while also developing compassion and understanding toward the parts of themselves that have carried pain, fear, or shame. For over three years, I’ve worked at Solace Sexual Assault Services, supporting survivors of sexual violence and individuals living with dissociative disorders, PTSD, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. I understand the complexity of trauma, how it shows up in the body, in relationships, and in how we see ourselves. My philosophy to my approach is that it should allow healing to happen at a pace that feels safe and empowering. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, respect, and the tools to create real change, I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
