About Me

Hi there! I am a Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for adults. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how early life experiences and relational wounds shape our emotional world and present day challenges. I use EMDR therapy to help clients heal from PTSD, Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, and attachment injuries. I also work extensively with individuals navigating dissociative disorders, codependency, narcissistic abuse, and the impact of family dysfunction. Many of my clients come to me struggling with relationship patterns that no longer serve them, and together we explore the roots of these dynamics to create lasting change. My approach is integrative, combining EMDR with other evidence-based modalities to support the unique needs of each individual. This allows me to tailor the therapeutic process in a way that honors the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—but also direct. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and challenged in the ways that promote true growth and healing.
