About Me
I love the brain and it's capacity to change! That's what makes EMDR so exciting for me. This tool provides ways to get traumatic material "unstuck" so that past experiences don't continue to run the show. As a trauma therapist, I take great care to make sure there is a sense of safety before addressing traumatic material. I have experience working with different types of trauma including sexual abuse, domestic violence, emotional abuse, relational trauma, adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, Complex PTSD, PTSD and dissociation. I am also passionate about helping adult ADHDers work through the experiences of having a neurodivergent brain in a neurotypical world.
