About Me
My clients describe me as a compassionate listener, with perfectly timed, spot on reflections. Clients consistently remark that through their work with me they are changed on a soul-deep level. Once the work has been done it can't be unseen. It never goes back to the way it was. I don't shy away from the deep work. I'm not easily intimidated, shaken, or shocked. I've heard it all. I can hold it all. I laugh. I curse. You will always know you are with a real human.
Education & Experience
I earned my doctoral degree in counselor education from the esteemed University of Nevada in 2018. With a deep-rooted passion for guiding individuals, couples, and families through their emotional journeys and healing the impacts of trauma. My expertise extends beyond the therapy room. As an AAMFT approved supervisor, I provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring therapists, nurturing their development and empowering them to become confident practitioners. With a focus on courageous emotional work and healing the impacts of trauma, I help individuals embrace vulnerability and explore their inner landscapes, creating lasting positive change. Through specialized consultation, I assist fellow clinicians in honing their skills, refining their approaches, and navigating complex cases to become supervisors. Additionally, I take pride in my role as a university educator, where I impart my knowledge and experience to graduate-level counseling students, shaping the next generation of compassionate and capable therapists and supervisors. My approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and respect for each individual's unique journey. Whether you're seeking therapeutic support, clinical supervision, or transformative education, I am here to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your courageous personal and professional growth.
