About Me

Engaging in therapy can be challenging, yet deeply transformative. Therapy is a collaborative experience. As your therapist, I will support you as you process your past and present, heal your inner wounds, gain personal insight, release what no longer serves you, grow in your relationships, forgive yourself or others, embrace your authenticity, explore your purpose, claim your power, craft your future, and/or find your version of harmony and thrive. You are motivated, invested, and willing to persevere with curiosity through the challenging phases of therapy. I will meet you where you are, provide a safe space for your unique story, and walk the journey with you. My counseling style is grounded in a person-centered approach through a humanistic lens. It is trauma informed, holistic, intuitive, infused with authenticity, and sprinkled with light-hearted humor. The therapies, modalities and techniques I apply most often are Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Existential Therapy, Somatic work, and mindfulness. Serving individual adults (ages 18 to 65) as a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC), under a licensed supervisor. I value the diversity of racial and cultural identity and background, nationality, sexual and affectional orientation, gender identity and its expression, religious background and spiritual belief, relationship status, "family" structure, mental and physical health and ability.
