About Me

Engaging in therapy can be challenging, yet deeply transformative. As your therapist, I will support you as you process your past and present, heal trauma wounds, deepen personal insight, grow in your relationships, embrace your authenticity, claim your power, craft your future, release what no longer serves you, and truly thrive. As a client, you are motivated, invested, and willing to persevere with curiosity through both the challenging and enlightening phases of therapy. I will meet you where you are and provide a safe space for your unique story with respect and compassion. My counseling style is grounded in a person-centered approach through a humanistic lens. It is trauma informed, holistic, intuitive, infused with authenticity, and sprinkled with light-hearted humor. The therapies, modalities and techniques I apply in addition to EMDRn are Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential exploration, Somatic work, and mindfulness. I value the diversity of racial and cultural identity and background, nationality, sexual and affectional orientation, gender identity and its expression, religious background and spiritual belief, marital status, family structure, age, mental and physical health and ability, political perspective, and educational and economic status. Serving individual adults (ages 18 to 65), I value the diversity of racial and cultural identity and background, nationality, sexual and affectional orientation, gender identity and its expression, religious background and spiritual belief, relationship status, "family" structure, mental and physical health and ability. All are welcome.

Education & Experience

I graduated in 2020 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University.
