I am a therapist and Registered Social Worker with Rising Tides Healing Centre in Grand Bay-Westfield New Brunswick Canada. I provide individualized and responsive to care to help you heal from trauma and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR and am currently working towards certification. I am also trained in other trauma-focused modalities such as ACT, DBT, and CBT and also provide Brief Solution focused Family Therapy

I use a strengths based, anti - oppressive approach to assist folks in identifying paths through various life challenges.
