About Me
My work exists at the intersection of trauma recovery, collective liberation, and social justice. I am committed to co-creating spaces where individuals - particularly those from historically and systematically excluded communities - can feel deeply seen, heard, and honored in their lived experiences. My clinical approach is eclectic, relational, and healing-centered. I blend multi-modal methods that support expression over symptom suppression, honoring the roots of trauma - ancestral, systemic, racialized, and intergenerational.
