About Me
The purpose of therapy is very simple. First, I teach my clients how their thoughts influence their emotions and also their bodily tension. The second task is to learn to change their thinking, which in turn changes their emotions and their physical level of tension. Simple but not always easy. My work is to come alongside and help clients make good choices along the way.
Education & Experience
I graduated Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in 1996 Summa Cum Laude (GPA 3.9) and have been recognized by the Missouri Psychological Association for Distinguished Service for 30 years in private practice. I am a veteran and a large portion of my practice are veterans who I see as clients. In addition, I provide Compensation and Pension evaluations through several organizations including QTC, LHI, and VES.

I am licensed in Missouri and Florida. I am also a member of PSYPACT; I do telehealth in 42 states. According to www.healthgrades.com, I am rated in the top 1% of all psychologists listed on this nationwide service
