About Me
Helping others find their own north star is my passion purpose. You have everything you need inside you, to heal, grow, to live the life you want. I am here to walk alongside you, guide you towards your inner strength and wisdom. I provide therapy that addresses life transitions, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, parenting, and relationships. As a holistic and social-justice oriented therapist, I work to honor the strengths, culture, and unique story of each client or couple. I strive to help clients make sense of their past so that they can live more fully in the present. Currently I offer in-person sessions and HIPAA compliant tele-health sessions to individuals and couples.I offer 50–60-minute sessions. Therapy is about the relationship, feeling comfortable and safe to be seen and challenged. With the right therapist for you or your relationship, it is possible to find the balance and healing you seek. With humor, empathy, and curiosity, I seek to help you make sense of your journey. Our work can help you let go of things that are blocking you from living the best life possible. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you find wellness.
