About Me
I’m a trauma-informed therapist offering EMDR therapy to teens, and adults. Throughout my work with people impacted by trauma, I’ve seen not only how pain can shape us, but also how healing can transform us. I believe trauma can uncover deep resilience, and that with the right support, we can grow stronger, more grounded, and more connected to ourselves. You don’t have to face this alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by past experiences, therapy can help you reclaim your sense of balance and strength. My work integrates EMDR with a holistic approach to support healing from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. For those seeking faster progress, I also offer extended sessions and Intensive EMDR. These sessions designed to accelerate meaningful change in a shorter period of time. Healing isn’t linear, but it is possible. I’m here to walk with you as you move toward a fuller, more empowered version of yourself.
Education & Experience
I began my career working with at-risk youth, which sparked my interest in the deeper roots of behavior. As I studied psychology and criminal justice, I came to understand trauma as a shared human experience. This insight led me to shift my focus, first to working with inmates, and then to outpatient counseling to support individuals in healing from trauma. Discovering EMDR therapy was a turning point! I witnessed and experienced the profound impact that EMDR can have on healing. EMDR has deepened my practice and brought greater meaning to the healing process.
