I’m a trauma-informed therapist offering EMDR therapy to teens, and adults. Throughout my work with people impacted by trauma, I’ve seen not only how pain can shape us, but also how healing can transform us. I believe trauma can uncover deep resilience, and that with the right support, we can grow stronger, more grounded, and more connected to ourselves. You don’t have to face this alone. My work integrates EMDR with a holistic approach to support healing from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. For those seeking faster progress, I also offer extended sessions and Intensive EMDR. These sessions designed to accelerate meaningful change in a shorter period of time.
