About Me

I’m an EMDR therapist providing trauma-informed care for adults impacted by PTSD, sexual trauma, childhood abuse, and relational trauma. Based in Campbell, California, I offer both in-person and virtual EMDR therapy throughout California. My neuro-informed, client-centered approach supports nervous system regulation and emotional healing. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual trauma and individuals healing from traumatic life experiences. Whether you’re seeking trauma recovery or looking to process painful past events, I provide a supportive and compassionate sanctuary for healing and personal growth.

Education & Experience

Before becoming a therapist, I spent my early years volunteering as an EMT and firefighter in my hometown in Pennsylvania. Being a third-generation first responder, I grew up understanding the importance of showing up for my community in their most difficult and vulnerable moments. I often witnessed the emotional impact of trauma on both patients and fellow first responders. This inspired me to study psychology and later work in child protective services and victim advocacy, where I supported survivors of abuse and sexual assault through some of their most vulnerable moments, including attending rape forensic exams and interviews and navigating the criminal justice system. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and completed clinical training through Stanford Health Care and the Keck School of Medicine of USC. My training included work in inpatient psychiatry, the oncology clinic, the emergency department, and community-based mental health. I later completed a yearlong post-graduate clinical fellowship at Stanford Children’s Health, where I supported children, adolescents, and their families through complex emotional and medical challenges, navigating chronic illness and trauma, and providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. All of these experiences have shaped my commitment to providing ongoing, trauma-informed care rooted in compassion, integrity, and evidence-based practice.
