About Me
My approach is humanistic and collaborative—you set the pace, and I provide tools that are proven to help. I specialize in trauma (PTSD and complex PTSD) and relationships. I offer a space that’s compassionate, grounded, and focused on real progress. Healing doesn’t have to take forever. Let’s get you unstuck and moving toward the life and relationships you want. I offer appointments weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. I direct bill most insurance companies.
Education & Experience
Prior to obtaining a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology I was a paralegal for 13 years. As a psychologist EMDR is a cornerstone of my practice, but I also utilize techniques like the Flash Technique and Ego State Therapy/Internal Family Systems to address trauma and inner conflicts. For couples ready to invest in their relationship, I employs the Gottman Method—backed by levels 1, 2, 3, Trauma/Affairs and Couple’s Addiction Recovery training. I also work to help couples navigate addiction experiences and substance use issues from a couple recovery model, which addresses three recoveries: each individual partner’s recovery from the experience and the couple relationship in the context of recovery. Mindfulness and somatic strategies, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and Solution-Focused Therapy are weaved into her sessions, fostering an environment where you can explore, heal, and thrive.
