EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training™

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) based in Colorado with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist with advanced training in Attachment-Focused EMDR and a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. My clinical work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. I specialize in working with adults and teens navigating the impacts of trauma, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I integrate EMDR therapy with approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and DBT to support whole-person healing. Whether you are recovering from childhood trauma, facing the effects of recent events, or feeling stuck in painful patterns, I strive to create a safe, grounded space where healing can unfold at your pace. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients in their journey toward greater connection, clarity, and resilience.

Education & Experience

I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and have been working in mental health for the past 18 years. I have been trained in EMDR since 2018. I have recently obtained my certificate in EMDR and I am currently working on becoming a consultant. Along with EMDR I have trainings in many trauma specific modalities including Cognitive processing theory, Internal family systems, TF CBT, somatic therapy, Acceptance commitment therapy, and DBT,
