About Me

Like so many of us, I'm drawn to seeking the deepest truth and the subtleties of thought that explain it for us. Very often our minds will repeat stories that aren't very helpful or very true so I respect the important part that seeking the truth plays in doing the work of EMDR. Because we're able to weed out and question untruths together, this innate wisdom which each of us has, is better able and more available to process trauma and that greatly helps us to alleviate our pain and suffering,
